Having an issue with Youtube on my TV...

Well on my Sony KDL-60W850B is having a slight issue that it didn't have before. When you watch a video, and a long commercial plays, then the "skip after five seconds" option shows, well I click on it and it TURNS OFF YOUTUBE! It never did that before, and now this won't quit. This option works on all my other devices, but not on my TV. Well I want to be able to do it on my TV for 3D content, but I don't want to sit through commercials over two minutes all the time. I contacted Sony and they said to contact Google/Youtube and I tried but can't get a live person, so out of the blue I tried the advertising part of Google on how to talk to tech support and they told me about support.google.com/youtube but also said even then that that doesn't contact them in any way. I don't know if it's my TV or something on their end, and I want to get this fixed. What do I do?

Not concerned about this anymore, but can't figure out how to delete my post. Can a mod delete it for me? Please?
