Having D* Web Problem

I went on to the D* website to pay my Bill ,But for some reason when I logged in , Most of My info was Missing,and it said I had a Zero Balance ,And would not let me see my setup or change any of my setup. I just want to see if anyone else has this issue ,Or if you could check for me , Before I call them.
