Hbo max app on Hisense tv launches episodes zoomed in

Hello
Whenever I open an episode in the hbomax app of my Hisense 65h9f tv, the image is zoomed in.
I have to backout of the episode, go back in, and the issue gets fixed.

Any ideas on what could be causing this? Thanks.

Sounds like a settings issue somewhere. I've got a 50 inch Hisense and I don't have any problems.
