HBO Picture Quality

Has anyone notice the severe pixelation in HBO today. I was The Day After Tomorrow and everytime there was a dark scene, you could see the pixelation real good. I was making everything look like it was dragging. I also noticed this watching Collateral.

I notice this as well. I was also getting intermitten pauses. They must be adjusting encoder levels or something. My signal strength was fine across the board...
