HBO Signature.."Un-recordable Channel"

A friend of mine which has COX Cable in RI has just started getting this message when trying to record something on HBO Signature channel when setting up on a Moto 6412 DVR:
"Un-recordable Channel ".
He also states " So, we scan forward on the menu and all shows on HBOS indicate the same thing."

Any idea whats going on?

40 "hits" & no-one has any ideas? Sorry I'm not a cable guy...I hate my Time Warner here.......but no one seems to know (besides HBO making the cable providers to not let you).....

My Buddy Barney posted this for me.

It turns out that a few days later all was well. I think it was the Pioneer Echo software providing a temporary glitch in the system.

Nothing more to see here folks, move along.
