Thanks Bright House for the software update that causes my HD box to reboot in the middle of a program.
Too bad you couldn't bring your hardware up to speed before you implemented the new software!!
Anyone with a reboot problem had better get your neighbors to call Bright House and raise H until they upgrade their hardsware. And don't let the phone representative and their techs blow you off with a new box or a new service drop.
