HD-DVR - HR21-200 how to access settings?

Just got DirecTV today. Finally got the aspect ratio right, but I cannot figure out how to change the color of the side bars. I don't want gray. I want black. The menu only displays playlist and various non-system settings.

How do I access these settings?

setup menu, either in the display or HDTV menu; cant remember specifically and I am at work so cant verify but you should find it.

I can't find the setup menu... the only possible button on the remote is "Menu" and then the options are...

Parental, Favs and Setup............oh... I just answered my own question.

"Parental, Favs and Setup" I saw parental and didn't read the rest before... what a really stupid heading for all the major setup options.

You can press and hold the info button for a few seconds and that will make the setup screen come up.

its in the "hdtv" option in setup.
