HD DVR Issue

If I access the mix channel in NFL ST and then go to any channel, the info bar freezes on the screen and I cannot change channels. The thing just fries, basically. I have to unplug and reboot to get it back to normal. Anybody else have this issue? Last week and this week.

Guess my hd receiver must be broken then since NOBODY else apparently has this issue.

I havent had that exact problem but mine on some sports recordings wont fast forward or rewind after ive recorded it and even rebooting wont help. (HR20-700) From what ive read sounds like a faulty hard drive. Im calling DTV in the morn to get a replacement and ive only had it for a couple weks.

They will go thru all the normal checks, reboot ect. and then send a tech out at a time you and them can work with.

Then IF the tech can't fix it , they will then send you out a replacement.
Just letting you know not to expect it in a few days, is all.
