HD locals lost after update last night

Last night there was an update which reset my h10 recv. back to factory settings. After going through the set up process I am unable to recv. ( very weak signal) my HD local channels. Level 2 tech support has not heard of any complaints as of yet. Has anyone had this problem yet? Uhd and hdnet are not in the HDTV menu anymore. If anyone has any ideas please help.

I also lost all my local channels after the upgrade ast night. I called D* technical support and they fixed it over the phone.

Not sure. Service went off for a few minutes and back again working.
