HD Upgrade for Movers Deal

I am moving this week. Called DirecTV Movers Hotline last night and said I was considering switching to Dish at my new place because they were offering a discounted HD package. DirecTV immediately offered me an HD upgrade deal for $199. I pushed a little harder to see if I could get $99 deal, but no luck. They also did not charge me for the move install and are coming out this week!
