I have an HD receiver in my basement utility area and feed the entire house from there. I just put in a plasma TV in an upstairs room where I had the forsight to run 4 RG6, but no audio. Ideally I would have three/four RG6 and R/L audio. Is there anyway I can combine signals to let me do the same thing (component video and R/L audio) with just the four RG6?

I know of no way you could get an HD signal from your basement to your plasma set, short of using 3 of the RG6 cables as component cables (by putting RCA ends on them). This also will not address the audio. You will begin to have problems sending the component signal if the distance is too far (typically over 30 ft you will begin to have problems).

My suggestion would be to have another receiver in your basement, and put your HD receiver in the same location as the plasma set.
