HELP!! Dreaded grey 4:3 bars over my HD

I have been enjoying my 942 (single mode) and Grand Wega 50" LCD but all of a sudden I have the 4:3 vertical bars overlayed over all of my HD. I did not change any of the setups for the sat or the set. The onboard tuner and OTA setup for my locals still display HD correctly. I suspect the TV is to blame but I cant find a way to restore it. Any suggestions please?

I think you accidently hit the star button on the remote, it cycles through the HD aspects on the 942
