Help IA5 / T5

Hi, I am trying to move from IA6 to IA5. I have quality from 60% to 90% only on TP #2 and 21 to 31.

Is it normal to have 0% quality on 1, 3 to 20 ? I try to move the dish a little but my quality goes down on the TPs I got right now. Anyone familiar with T5? Should be....

What channels do you get when you blind scan?

You have the L.O. set to 9750-10600?
