Help in polarity

Hello guys I will be very proud of any one can help me on my question

How can I calculate the degree of the polarity for each satellite I want? or is there any website to find the real degree (in the numbers) with the location.
I have a SNG truck with the motorize dish and I can found any satellite I want and I can watch any channel without problem,.... but when I up-linking the satellite provider said I'm in wrong direction (polarity) and I turn the polarity(LNB,Feedhorn) manually with hem on the phone till I found the Horizontal. but its look vertical ! yes it was test feed so how can I found the real digit numbers of the polarity I know lyngsat website is in it?
