Well it's misleading because I can still watch over the internet.

Wondering if someone can help me with current issue I am having with my HD20 receivers. I have called DirectTV and they will be dispatching a tech out here, but it won't be until next Wednesday

I have two H20 receivers, and one standard receiver.
First H20 receiver when I turned on, it lost programming guides info. So I hit "reset" button, and it says "Receiving satellite info.. " 0 % complete.

So I was thinking maybe there is a problem was my cable connection.

So I unplugged working 2nd H20, and hooked it up to where my first receiver was and still same results.

Then I took 2nd H20 back to its original location and hooked it up and now I am getting "Receiving satellite info.. " 0 % complete.

Now two receives are not able to pickup any satellite info.

Now here's the strange part. One standard receiver is working just fine and operating.

What I think is happening is that something is preventing H20 receivers from getting satellite information.

Any idea what's causing this? Problem with Switch? We have been getting rain few days now.

your dish needs to be peaked, lines inspected for damage and connectors inspected for proper fit.
