i aiming my dish at 123 g10 and theres a building about 50 to 75 yards in front of me and no trees will i pick up the sat or im i scr@@ed

That all depends on 2 things:
1)What elevation you need to hit G10
2) How high the building is

the building is 10 stories high and the dish elevation is 23around there

no way....not at a 23 elevation can you get over that unless your dish is up pretty high

You may wanna go and talk to the people that own the building and put your dish on top of it. You'll have great reception from there

Check out this SW: http://www.al-soft.com/saa/satinfo.shtml. Once you have installed it, click on the tab that reads "obstacles". Put in the values for the obstacle (distance, height, etc) and the satellite that you want to aim for and it will tell you if there is any chance of hitting it.
