I have a Mitsubishi SR-HD400 HDTV Receiver. After installing multidish I received excellent signals on A, B ,& C. The problem is the diect tv Channel guide does not display. I called Direct TV & they said it needs to dial out to get the info. Is this right? If so is it an 800# it is dialing. It seems to dial out (I know this because my phone displays "extension in use") After a while I click in with the phone & their is a busy signal. I do have vonage which you have to dial 1+ area code for any number you dial. If it is trying a local number (I did insert my zip code at setup) maybe that's why it's not working. I am at a loss. Please help!
