I have a question any one can recoment me a good ku lnb to bring more strong signal know i have eagle lnb but the signal off 30 west can not getting more the 65% any suggestion

What receiver?
65% Quality would be pretty good on most receivers, but not on Coolsat 5000 & 6000.
Where are you located?
(what elevation are you shooting to get the 30° w satellite?)
Got a link or more info on this Eagle LNBF you are using?
What dish (and size) are you using?
A bigger dish is the best solution, generally.

A bigger dish is the best solution, generally.
Is the dish properly skewed and aligned? Just a bit of movement might make a large difference. Try tugging on the dish--up, down, right, and left, to see if the quality improves. Might just need a bit of tweaking.
