help to find 79 w

hi guys i have hard time to lock this sat 79 this tp 11904 s/r 2170 before i install many times but now just move my dish to difrent position and i spend 3 days oready no louck thanks to any suggestion i have 42 inch dish and invacom lnb thanks

Have you tried locating 82W first on the Circular port which should put you near 79W. What receiver are you using? Some receivers will lock in at 11900 H 2170.

Use Dish Pointer to get coordinates, Dish and LNB settings for your area.

I was looking for KTEL last night on 79w, couldnt get a hint of signal so it might be gone, or temporarily out.

I'd love to verify but the whole dish farm is out of commission right now
(had to take it down so they can reroof the townhouse)

As of last night, my receiver scans KTEL in at 11908 H 2170. Weird, huh?

I bet you wasnt looking foward to removing the dishes Ill need to check 79w and see what i get.

actually it wasnt that bad...took out the bolts from the foot and took down. Took like 2 hours start to finish to take down 3 dishes and a antenna

its putting them back up thats gonna suck
