Help With Aligning Dish

Would somebody be kind enough to check and see if this is right. I've never done this before so be kind.

I will be going with an SG-2100 motor and probably a Winegard (2076) Dish.

Zip code is 63670.

Motor Angle 38.0
Dish Angle 23.8

If I read the Sadoun Chart right, I should not have to adjust for magnetic (true) south because the "0" line runs right over me. Is this right?

The closest South Satellite is either IA8 or G11? If this is right which would be the best one to "tune" first?

You're right between 91w (G-11) and 89w (IA-8), a degree off from each. If you use USALS to setup your dish, it will accurately move your motor to either.

No magnetic deviation for your azimuth

G11 is slightly closer to your TRUE south position.........


I would try to FIND and store G11 @ 91ºw WITHOUT the motor first, only then would I add the motor.......
