Help With Missing Channels

I scanned G10 with my Viewsat 2000 and got everything. When I went bac to watch today I had no signal or picture on the 11720 TP. I get all of the 11800 channels perfectly. I could not get the channels back by either a regular scan or blind scan. I swapped the receiver out for a Traxis 3500 and it found them all immediately. I have the latest frimware in the Viewsat and it did find them first try yesterday when I set it up. Any ideas would be appreciatted.

If you are using USALS on the Viewsat try switching to DiSEqC 1.2 then fine tune your position!

The GREAT thing about the Traxis 3500 is you can fine tune your position EVEN when using USALS!

I am using my 4DTV as the positioner. I am unable to fine tune these channels back by either moving the dish or polarity when using the Viewsat. When I use the Traxis they always come in.
