help with new sat. transponders

i used to have a sheet that had all dtv channels. on this sheet it told me what sat and transponder was used to pull in a certain channel now that we use 99 and 103 i just dont know anymore. does anybody know where i can get a updated copy the last copy i have is from 7-27-07. if anyone can help it would be great. thanks
