Help with Pansat3500S

Just curious...I am not only new to this type of forum, but new to the world of satellite tv. I was told how simple it is to install a pansat 3500s. LOL. Also..as we try to set it up..our remote locks up constantly. Sometimes a simple shut off of the pansat and tv work..other times...it takes ages..hours I mean. What the heck is up with that I wonder.

How exactly does a remote lock up?

Dish make and size?

Motorized? Make and model?

How is the setup above installed/setup/cables used?

What firmware/software version do you have on your Pansat?

What programming or channels are you looking to get?

hi Charper...

Well it is strange..it freezes and none of the buttons function on it. Actually I think it's the motherboard..not the remote. Thanks anyway.

Still having problems loading the bin file on the pansat though...working at it. Thanks for the tip.

Loading a bin file? What are you trying to do? You do not do anything to receive FTA? What channels are you looking for?

It says you have to load the bin file..just following instructions.
