I think you mean the 'separation' process.

It usually depends when the next training class is. I got interviewed within a week, but training didn't start until another month after that.

Also, the Installer Zone is designed for installers, and access has to approved by admin first. Plenty of us installers read the regular forum posts too.

Because there is no way for us to verify who an installer is the Installer Zone is operated on the honor system. Anyone who joins gets access to it.
