HN email

Has anyone found a workaround for people who get a new HN9000 system, replacing an older sytem, so they do not loose there email address. I have been unsuccessful at finding a solution.

I have had a few manage to keep theirs. It all has to be done through the customer care side. Not much you can do onsite. I help them register the modem, and while the new account sign in screen is being displayed they have to call hughes and tell them they just upgraded and want to keep their old email address. This will only work if hughes did not cancel out their previous account number already.
