Hooper Sling internet

I have 2 hoopers but they cannot maintain a connection when I use DishAnywhere. I tried wireless and Ethernet same issue, I know it not my pda as I do not have issue connecting to other video sites directly. Any help or do I have live with it. The video disconnects or buffers. I use it starbuck wifi and same issue, so I am sure it not my pda connection on remote location

What service provider? What modem/router?

Are they both IP connected? Is bridging enabled on both?

What is your upload speed at home and download speed where you are at? Such as Starbucks.

Bridge is enabled. I have time warenr ultimate. speeds, 50/15. Ethernet.


about 30/8 on wifi

Bridging enabled on both? Do both have their own separate IP connection? Try disabling bridging on one of them.

Yep, only enable bridging on one hopper. And do you have them both IP connected? If so, disconnect one, and enable bridging on the one that stays connected to internet. Also, make sure that hopper is only connected with one method, either direct with an Ethernet cable, or Wi-Fi, but NOT both.
