Hopper 3 install question

Tech came and installed a hopper 3 and 2 joey 3 setup this morning. Everything seems to work fine. when I view the tv activity it shows 2 of 16 in use but below that it only shows 4 tuners. Is that normal? I tested the installation and it shows green on all 16 tuners.

Yes that's normal. It adds the tuners to the list as you use them.
