Hopper DVR transfer

Hey guys

Can you transfer content from the Hopper DVR when you have no internet in the house, but you do have a home network with a router?

Is it true that it's only a one-way transfer and you can only do it to one device?

As far as we can tell, just a home network will work. Depending on the channel that the event was recorded on, this can be a one way transfer. A message tells you if the content is removed from the internal HDD when it does this.
