Hopper Error Code 23

I just had a Hopper installed yesterday went to record a movie kept getting error code 23 "Info not available". Anyone else getting this? How can it be repaired?

Agree with Halo, these things are kinda wonky the first couple of days, give it a day or 2 to work out. If it's not working after 3 days call em up or contact DIRT via this forum.

Sounds like the program guide wasn't completely downloaded. Wait at least 13 days for the sake of the tech.
