I have had the 311 error message 3 times in the last 4 days and had to unplug and had the hopper reformat the hard drive. Needless to say all of my recorded programming was lost. Apparently will need to have the hopper unit replaced since this is a re-occuring problem. Will a DIRT team member please PM me and assist in getting this unit replaced. Thanks.
