Based on the title of the last show, I believe House will certainly die, in one way or another.

The 177th and final episode will be titled

Well now..........maybe it's Wilson that dies.

Perhaps! And maybe the show's title "Everybody Dies" is a metaphor used to depict how fragile life is and how one minute the staff is busy saving lives and the next they're fighting to save their own. Ironic how Wilson appears to have elected to forgo treatment in the very hospital in which he worked, and treated patients, for so many years in favor of receiving "intense" treatment right on House's couch. Maybe Wilson dies and House, who cannot bear the pain of losing another person so close to him, elects to join him and permanently relieves his self-inflicted pain and suffering? Or maybe Wilson's passing leads House to an epiphany in which he finally comes to terms with his demons and vows to lead a meaningful, good and righteous life?.............Naw! Regardless if Wilson lives or dies, I say House dies from an epic binge of hookers, booze and pain meds. Well, that or he wakes from a deep sleep and realizes the past eight years was merely a dream since he is only a janitor working at the hospital. It could happen. Anyway, it should be an interesting series finale.

On a bright note, we've only been watching the show for the past 2-1/2 seasons so we have another 130 or so episodes we can enjoy in syndication.

Agreed. We just started watching last season so we're busy recording season one episodes that are being broadcast on USA Network (or some other cable channel). If it's new to me...it's new.
