how can i recover deleted video from HDD?

hi just wondering if theres any way to recover deleted video from my hr-24 hard drive?

Nothing that we know of.

Like jcrandall said, no known way. There is no trash can like there is on a computer. Once a show is deleted, it's gone.

Actually guys, before you give up on that, check the "History" folder and see if it's still there, IF so, you may be able to get to it, to view again, not transport.
