How do I view local channels with a Pansat 9200 HD

I have no idea how you do it on a Pan 9200, but IIRC on my Diamond 9000 you just select the ATSC tuner out of the satellite list and do a manual/preset scan. All the television channel frequencies are already pre-programmed, so it will find the ones that it can receive.

Of course you have to have an OTA antenna of some sort hooked to the appropriate jack on the back of your receiver.
 
Check your other post in the main fta forum area too, but mostly what jody said! The only locals on satellite are uplinked by pay-tv satellite providers, their signals are scrambled and not available to fta receivers these days.
