How do you report guide problems to DTV?

There are a few obvious guide problems with the existing sublists. For example, ch 299 (Nick HD) doesn't show up under "family and kids channels."

I've tried calling DTV 800-directv and have gotten nowhere through the normal channels. Is there anywhere else set up for subs to report issues like this?

What receiver? You have to setup the sublists for your preferences.
