how far away for Elevation 39

I need to point a dish at 61.5 for SkyAngel, the Elevation for my zip code is 39 how far away would I need to have the dish from any obsticals, I know the signal comes in an angle and not directly hitting the section that the LNBF points to.

If you know the angle (which you do), the trick is to use a toilet paper roll. If you see obstructions through it, you'll have LOS issues.

Try a carpenters square on the mast and that will also give you the angle to look at thru the toilet paper roll.
