How long for an equipment return box?

How long does it usually take for an equipment return box to arrive? I dropped a Joey back on 3/1 from my account, and I have still not received the return box.

The answer from Dish Chat is "You will received the box after 30 days of cancellation of you joey."

It should no more then a week, I got my box within 4 days from Texas to Hawaii. I am guessing dish did not ship it out or ups lost the box.

AND things get lost both sending and receiving, so be SURE to write down the tracking numbers on the shipment back to Dish, so youcan show them that it was delivered if they claim it was not.
