How long should a SW update take on Shaw ?

Mine looks stuck it has been at 57% and it is at 33 minutes.

Finally went to 60% at 35 minutes man this is slow.

average is 45 to 50 minutes. That is why it is best to shut receivers off at night, as they will do the upgrade automatically around 3am if there is an update waiting.
