How to add a 2nd receiver (Bell Expressvu)

Hi,

I have a 9242 at home hooked up but am looking at something smaller for travel purposes ... doesn't have to be HD even. I don't really understand the cards and if I have to order this through Bell?

There is nothing to understand about the cards at all, they are installed in the receiver and will not work in another receiver. Some models, like your 9242 have the Card built onto the Motherboards.

Bell Tv only carry 3 new receivers so if you are looking for new, you are limited to a 4100, SD receiver, 6131, HD receiver (Can be turned into a PVR by adding a Hard Drive via USB port) & the 9241, a watered down version of your 9242.

Buy them anywhere you like, lots of big box stores carry them.
