How to add a sat to Captiveworks

Does anybody know how to add a satillite to a captivework 600s. When I go to entre a new sat and put it in ie. 43w it comes up as 43e.

for some reason the software will not allow it. I e-mailed CW and the response was it will be fixed on the next software upgrade.
