How to get to someone in charge at Dish Network?

ya know what really frosts my ass is if we (techs) get a complaint on us about being rude to the customers, we put into the stocks in the town square for the public stoning.....
i have heard from many of my customers that the CSR's in the foreign call centers are hard understand or rude or both..They also will do whatever it takes to keep their supervisor out of the loop....

Ive been there twice now thanks to two customers one of wich lied her fat pompous ass off and the second one I had an issue with a tuning problem, on both occasions techs from the other shift helped the customers along. We get scrutinized as much as we do because we are the only ones that customers will ever see from dish so we are the first and last impression that they will have of an actual dish representative.
