How to power off Commander Touch

Hey folks-
I'm in a pickle and need to know if there is something I can do before my car battery is drained.

It seems that my brand new Sirius Commander is not working. The screen went white when I was attempting to learn some things and now it won't power off. I called into Sirius support and after attempting a reset the signal remotely and powering the car stereo on and off, (none of which worked) they believe it's a hardware issue.

But I need to try to shut this off to avoid my car battery being drained. See the photo below. This is where I'm at. That power button isn't doing anything and the screen is lit up blank. Can anyone tell me how to turn this thing off?

Can you disconnect the power at the fuse block or where they spliced into an existing circuit when the unit was installed?

Have you tried holding the power button for say 10 seconds or so ?

How about the power cord ?

Looks like there may have been Updates, maybe that has something to do with your issue as well.

Commander Touch has no power
