Just wanted to say hi. I'm just getting into FTA stuff and found this place quite informative. 95% of the other places I found with google seemed to be full of a bunch of people only begging for dish keys so it's nice to find a place with actual information on the hobby as a whole.
I've been wanting to get into FTA for a few years now. Cable, Dish, and DTV are too expensive for my tastes. I think I can get by just fine on all the free content floating around up there. My wife does complain that I always choose expensive hobbies. Apart from this emerging hobby, I'm into saltwater fish/coral and arcade game collecting/repair/restoration.
