HR20-100S record 3 shows?

I just had a HR20-100S installed and in reading the manual it say I can record 3 shows 2 from sat on 1 from OTA. I tried but it won't let me. Is this info from an older model?

Apparently the original intent was to allow the box to record from three tuners at the same time, but unfortunately, it can only do two.

Apparently the manual is incorrect. It may be possible to record three, 2 satellite while downloading BETA Video On Demand, but I have not tried this.

I thought it would record two programs from the SAT while watching a third from OTA but I found out last weekend that isn't true.

You can record three shows at one time if you include the Video-On-Demand. Several times I've had two shows recording at once, and then I also started a VOD download from the Internet.
