HR20-700/Slimline Question

I already have 3 HR20-700's and yesterday I had the 5LNB Slimline Dish with the Zinwell 6x8 multiswitch installed. Everything works fine, however when I go through the set-up it finds all of the satellites except the 99. It says it "failed" on that one for all 3 HR20-700's. Is this normal?

It is for the H20. Maybe the 99 sat doesn't have any spotbeams in your area.

I live in Colorado Springs. Should the 99 have "failed" for this location?

I can't answer that question. Is there anyone that lives in the Colorado area that is getting any reading from Spaceway 2?
