HR21-700 Recording Playback Freezing

Hello all,

I have a HR21 DVR that will freeze up when viewing any recording from any channel. This started occuring after I received the 0x0230 May 28th National Release. I have done a soft reset, unplugged the DVR, and a "reset everything" and still have the same problem. I have searched the forums at DirecTV.com and it seems that this is a pretty widespread issue. Does anyone know of a solution on how to fix this?
 
Have you force a download already? Push reset and when the screen says "Hello your DirecTV is starting...." press 0 2 4 6 8 on the remote. This process can take up to 45 minutes.
 
Yes I tried that too. I also downloaded the latest CE release on last Saturday night. It solved the problem for about one day, but now it is doing it again. It also freezes when you try to pause or rewind live TV. Thanks for your help.
