This may be old news, but I just wanted to let folks know that the new black HR21 DVRs are available at Costco (at least in Plano, Texas). The pricing sign makes it very clear that the price is a lease fee and D* owns the unit at all times. They had a whole pallet of them and they were going for $269 this morning.
