Just to mention that my 12 footer did survive hurricane Maria. I used thick rope to secure dish on 4 sides. Smaller dishes were torn but my reliable BUD stood tall!

Now all you need is electricity, safe drinking water, ......

Not our shining hour, IMHO, in our response to PR’s woes.
 
I am in the percent that has had electricity and water for awhile now. But yes there are parts of the Island that are still in the dark. Hopefully things can also get back to normal for them soon. Federal and local government are doing their very best but Maria was just too devastating.
