I Don't Know What to Choose...

It's either D* or E* for me, but I'm still unsure. Okay I want HD and I want a DVR, so most likely I'll be getting an HD/DVR and 2 regular receivers. I know both E* and D* have great HD/DVR receivers. I dont want to be paying over $80 a month though. What do you guess think i schould choose?
