iamanedgecutter wont work?

i have an HR20, and cant seem to see the changes after i enter the code.
what am i missing?

What version of the software are you running. Is it a CE version? After you do the word search you need to press the Menu & Info buttons, at the same time, on the front of the unit not the controler, then go to Menu then setup and you will see the option menu show up.
