Identify this dish

Could someone please help me identify this dish? I recently aquired this dish. I spotted it a couple miles from my home, stopped, asked about it and they let me have it.

I need help identifying a dish also. I have only one photo of it and don't know the size. All I know is that it's free for the taking. Thanks.
